At Fine To Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Issues from Our Side
If there is any issue caused by our side, such as:
• Wrong size sent
• Damaged product
• Incorrect item received
We will offer an exchange for the product.
Customers must contact us through our Instagram or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and share clear pictures of the received product and parcel.
Our team will review the complaint and resolve it within 5–7 business days.
2. Customer Side Issues
If the issue occurs due to customer error, such as:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Incorrect selection during checkout
We will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
As most of our products are prepared and customized after the order is placed, we strongly recommend checking the size chart and measurements carefully before confirming your order.
3. Plain Products
For plain products without custom printing, size exchanges are possible, However:
• An additional delivery charge of Rs. 300 will be applied for the exchange process.
4. Refund Policy
We only offer exchanges in case of product issues.
If the exchanged product also arrives with an issue from our side, then a full refund will be provided.
